- Non-personalized orders require 1-2 working days for processing, if order is made before 17:00pm.
- Personalized orders require 1-4 days for processing, if order is made before 17:00pm.
- All orders require 2-3 working days for shipping - shipping are processed by Royal Mail services.
- Working hours are 9:00 am - 17:00 pm - Work days.
Returns & refunds policy
- We gladly accept returns and exchanges. Request returns or exchanges within: 14 days of delivery. Please request return by writing to: info@primacotton.co.uk
- Dispatch items back within: 30 days of delivery
- For our clients safety and due to the nature of our products, returns are allowed only if the items are returned in their original condition, both unopened and sealed.
- Personalized items can not be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
- Please note that items sold as a set or a pack are considered one item and can not be partially returned.
- Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value, NO refunds will be issued.
